Sisters of the Heart is a sanctuary where women can renew their hearts and find peace for their souls. It’s a place to speak and be heard, to weep and find comfort, and to celebrate and be uplifted.

After nearly 20 years of experience as a Psychologist, I’m now refining my focus to offer coaching and group sessions designed to help women grow in their faith, deepen their relationships, and thrive in their lives.
